European Juices

The 100% pure fresh vinifera grape juices from Europe come packaged in 11 Liter (2.5 gal) sterile plastic canisters. These juices are not concentrated like most other juice products.

These juices are flash pasteurized, hot pressed, and hermetically sealed. The freshness of the juices are protected by the seal. This process allows the juice to produce a professional quality wine that is full-bodied with an enhanced nose and bouquet that no other home winemaking product can achieve. The pure juices contain 2-3% solids depending on the variety.

All juice orders come supplied with full instructions, clarifing agents (white or red), stabilizer, yeast (Lalvin EC 1118) and/or oak if desired.

France

Chardonnay

This wonderful grape comes from the Corbiers region of Lanquedoc in the southern part of France. Look for its crisp flavour. This wine is popular throughout France. Oak aging is highly recommended to reach its full potential.

Syrah/Carignan

The Syrah/Carignan is the best grape combination of this vintage from the Roussillon - Lanquedoc area. The pure fresh Syrah grape juice comes from one of the noblest black grape varieties. To complement this grape, Carignan is added to achieve a robust, deep colour and heady wine. The result of this marriage delivers a tannic, peppery wine to your cellar which can mature superbly. Carignan is a red grape variety, one of the most important and distinctive. It is planted widely throughout the wine producing regions of the world.

Cabernet Sauvignon

A red grape variety, one of the most important and distinctive. It is planted widely throughout the wine producing regions of the world. This juice produces a high quality and well-structured wine, capable of developing great complexity with age. Cabernet Sauvignon marries beautifully with roasts and red meat dishes.

Gamay

A red grape variety coming from the Macon area of France which produces a very fragrant and fruity wine. This varietal is a primary grape of Beaujolais wine and is also the region in which the best Gamay in the world is made. Wine from this grape goes well with light meals, appetizers, grilled white meat, and soft pungent cheeses. Gamay should be drank young. A Votre Sante.

Germany

Gewurtztraminer

The Gewurtztraminer grape above all should strut distinction. It is capable of producing perfumed, spicy, exotic and rich white wines with the fruit flower most commonly described as lychee that are not overly alcoholic in nature. Gewurtztraminer from the Alzey region will turn into the wines that belong in each and every cellar.

Riesling

Since the late nineteenth century, German Riesling has been as highly prized as one of the most notable varieties out of Germany. Our pure fresh grape juices from Rheinhessen could claim to come from the finest white grapes in the world. The finished wine is notable for its powerful, red rapier-like aroma described as flowery, steely, and honeyed. Make it and you will love it!

Italy

Moscato di Piedmonte

This grape is famous from the Piedmont region of Italy and no doubt everyone is familiar with Asti Spumante. Moscat is the main grape used in the producig that formidable wine. Our juice comes from Asti and will produce a light, elegant, well-balanced wine with a flowery bouquet that has a clean and crisp taste. All Vosta Salute!

Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc grapes make a very distinctive aromatic, herby and sometimes smoky scented wine. Wine has always been made in Italy dating back to the Roman times 2000 years ago. Throughout the years the indigenous grape variety Sauvignon Blanc has made a great comeback in Italy. Be a part of this progress and ferment pure fresh grape juice into a distinctively scented wine. Alla Vosta Salute!

Soave

The Garganega grapes are the principle grapes of Soave, which are the most popular of all Italian white wines. Our pure fresh grape juices produce wine that is of noble consequence with a fresh and attractive texture. These juices are the product of one of the largest wine Co-ops in Europe. Certainly the largest producer of Soave.

Trebbiano

This pure fresh grape juice produces well known Italian dry white wine which differs in ampelography or wine personality from the rest of Italian white wines. The reputable Bolognese agronomist Petrus De Crescentiis certainly described the wine Trebbiano as early as 1303. A 692 year old verdict: simply clean. pleasant, with increasing determination in complexity even as an excellent blending wine.

Valpolicella

The three varieties Corvina, Monlinara, and Rondinella are the principle grapes of Valpolicella which is the most popular of Italian reds. The finished product is a delicate nutty scented, slightly astringent-tasting wine. The producer is one of the most important members of the club of DOC Valpolicella wineries.

Sangiovese

Sangiovese is known in Italy as Sangioveto. This is the principle red grape of the Apeninne Peninsula (Approximately 100,000 hectars planted). High performance in its many forms including the famous Chianti, Vino Nobile, Brunello, etc. Historically, this grape is very young. Giacanvettorio Soderini described the Sangioveto as very pleasant with deep texture, no later than 1722. Final product presents a rich, well balanced acid/tannin ratio with a sensual struture.

Pinot Noir

Pure fresh grape juice for winemaking is as good if not better in Italy as anywhere in Europe outside of Burgundy. With a great scent and unmatched texture this Pinot Noir variety should enhance your Bacchanals pleasure.

Merlot

This varietal Merlot pure fresh grape juice belongs to the best and most important must in the North part of Italy. Full flavoured, slightly grassy and berry scent represents a long legacy of quality from this area. The grape growers of Italy would like to extend the long tradition of a unique palate to our winemakers.
